Though there were some directional movers in the bottom half of the rankings (How to Get Away With Murder, Once Upon a Time, Blindspot), the overall shape of the rankings remains unchanged. Netflix’s Orange is the New Black continues its seasonal decline from the rankings, falling to #20 in the rankings,
Following its first season finale, Fear the Walking Dead (previously #10) dropped out of the top twenty this week, along with Criminal Minds (previously #20), while Grey’s Anatomy (#17) and Arrow (#19) entered the rankings.
The top network in the rankings continues to be ABC, with six programs mentioned; FOX follows behind with three programs, and CBS, NBC, and the CW have two programs apiece in the top twenty.
Each week, Ipsos MediaCT TV Dailies seeks to find out what television shows have people talking. Collecting over 5,000 unaided responses among persons ages 13-64, TV Dailies produces a top of mind awareness meter (TOMAmeter) that details the 20 most spontaneously mentioned television shows.
Here are your TOMAmeter results for October 12 – 18.
