TOMAmeter September 30 – October 6: A Big Week for ABC

This week’s TOMAmeter shows that while the highly anticipated series finale may be in the past, AMC’s Breaking Bad remains at the top of the minds of our respondents. AMC’s former smash hit is approaching its tenth consecutive week as the #1 most mentioned program with no real threat of anyone supplanting it at the top of our rankings just yet.

It’s a big week for ABC, who saw seven of their programs in the Top 20, the most of any network this week. Popular returning programs Once Upon a Time, Scandal, and Revenge have each reemerged in the Top 20, at #11, #13, and #20, respectively.  Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is down from #6 to #9, while Emmy winner Modern Family climbs up one spot to #10. The Crazy Ones holds onto its position at #14, and Dancing with the Stars falls two spots, landing at #15.

Showtime’s Homeland is back for its third season and it is also back in our Top 20 most mentioned programs at #19 this week.
