The final Top 3 of 2013 continue their reign into the New Year. Kicking off 2014, AMC’s The Walking Dead, A&E’s Duck Dynasty and CBS’ The Big Bang Theory hold down their respective spots.
Recent all-day marathons on AMC have helped Breaking Bad (#4) remain on the mind of respondents as the program has flipped spots with CBS’ NCIS (#5) this week.
The NFL wrapped up its regular season this past week, and with the playoffs in full swing, mentions of the NFL have gone up 6 places to #7 this week. Also preforming well in the rankings this week were NBC’s Law and Order (up 7 spots to #9) and ABC’s Once Upon a Time (up 8 places to #12).
With some new faces on the judge’s panel this year, FOX’s American Idol is back in the TOMAmeter this week. The season premiere is just around the corner and American Idol has shot up the charts to #10 after spending a week outside the Top 20.
Joining American Idol in the Top 20 are PBS’ Downton Abbey (#13), CBS’ Elementary (#14), ABC’s Revenge (#19) and FOX’s The Following (#20).
