TOMAmeter December 2 – 8, 2013: Two New TV Events Debut in the Top 10

NBC’s special The Sound of Music debuted strong in the TOMAmeter this week coming in at #5 while Bonnie and Clyde (simulcast on A&E, History and Lifetime) also debuted in the Top 10 at #8. NBC’s The Voice snuck into the Top 5, moving up 2 spots from #6 last week.

ABC’s Scandal and Once Upon a Time both had a strong week, moving up 8 places to #10 and 4 places to #15 respectively. Some other programs were not as fortunate. AMC’s Breaking Bad fell 7 spots to #11 while FOX’s Almost Human (#13) and Family Guy (#16) moved down considerably.

A few shows reemerged in the rankings as FX’s Sons of Anarchy (#18), CBS’ Survivor (#19) and Criminal Minds (#20) round out the Top 20 this week.

Can The Sound of Music and Bonnie and Clyde remain in the Top 10 next week or will there be another strong debut on the way? Check back next week to find out.
