Nick Mercurio leads Ipsos Loyalty’s mystery shopping team in the United States. In this role, he manages a wide variety of custom and tracking mystery shop programs for the technology, financial services, retail, and automotive sectors.
Considered a leading expert in the mystery shopping industry, Nick regularly speaks at events, hosts webinars, and writes whitepapers on the value of the methodology.
Prior to joining Ipsos in 2015, he helped found a startup mystery shop company and has supported leading Fortune 500 companies with their brand and customer experience compliance programs for nearly a decade. Nick earned his B.S. from SDSU and his M.B.A. from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
