John holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and a Masters in Business Administration. He began his Market Research career working for Procter and Gamble. His experience there ranged across Business Analysis, Global Operations, Shopper Research, Brand Research, Market Measurement, and Forecasting. His category experience ranges across Laundry, Hair Care, Paper Towels, Bath Tissue, and Facial Tissue. John’s passion for Shopper Research was inspired by his experience on P&G’s original Wal-Mart Team and leading research for its Home Improvement, Electronics, Home Store, and Specialty Channel Teams.
He has extensive experience developing Global Shopper research and Channel Selling Strategies across regions to build category and brand sales.
